Performance Rating

The Performance Rating page allows you to define valid scores employees can receive from an evaluation for a specified performance rating type.

‘Rating Category’ allows users to define if the rating is eligible for Step Placement and Progression by Grade. The valid values for this are Process Increase and Do Not Process Increase. If the rating category is defined as Do Not Process Increase, the Step Placement and progression by Grade logic will not be invoked while generating Employee Status Maintenance (ESMT) transaction.
