Performance Rating Profile
The Performance Rating Profile page allows you to define the codes that identify how employees are grouped for evaluation ratings. For each rating profile, up to eight rating type codes can be defined to describe the skills upon which each employee in a specified group is rated. For example, all managers might be grouped in a rating profile named MGMT. The MGMT rating profile then might have eight rating types associated with it, including LEAD, indicating leadership abilities, and EFFIC indicating work efficiency. Therefore, all managers would be evaluated based upon their leadership abilities and work efficiency.
