Succession Plan Dashboard

The Succession Plan Dashboard page provides a visual overview of various succession parameters. The Recommended Successors section shows the list of candidates who are active for the selected position, sub-title or employee. The user gets following two options under the active recommended successors list:

• View Engagement Form - This option navigates admin to view and modify the Engagement Form of the recommended successor.

• Remove Recommendation - This option allows Admin to remove the recommendation completely from the Dashboard and Succession planning process. When a user clicks Remove Recommendation for a selected successor, the system displays a confirmation pop-up. Clicking Yes will remove the recommendation from the entire process.

Note: A candidate who has been removed can be recommended again in the future.
In the top right corner of the dashboard, the Related Actions button provides the following two options:

• Inactive Recommended Successors - This option navigates admin to view the list of recommended successors who are inactive i.e, for whom the Engagement Form’s status is set as Cancelled, Withdrawn or Declined.

• Direct Recommendation - Direct Recommendation helps the admin to save time by directly providing the recommendation of potential match for the succession. Users can directly recommend a successor of their choice for a particular succession plan. Clicking on this option navigates the user to the Employee Search page for selection of an employee.
