Supervisor Inquiry (QSUPRVSR)

The Supervisor Inquiry (QSUPRVSR) page allows you to search  and view information about employees and their supervisor. These reports are based on Department Specific Data (DEPTD) hierarchy and not on Position hierarchy. This inquiry page is non searchable by default; it can be enabled on the Application Page Registration (APGS).

The selection criteria are Selection Date, Employee Home Department, Employee Home Unit, Employee ID, Employee Appointment ID, Employee Payroll Number, Employee Work Location, Supervisor ID, Supervisor Appointment ID, and Supervisor Employment Status.

The user can generate the following four types of report through the Choose a Report drop-down:

  • Employee - This option displays the employee and manager information as per the selection criteria.

  • Supervisor - This option displays the employee and manager information for the employees that have a supervisor assigned and as per the selection criteria.

  • No Supervisor - This option displays the employee and manager information for the employees that do not have a supervisor assigned and as per the selection criteria.

  • Terminated Supervisor -This option displays the employee and manager information for the employees that have a supervisor assigned with supervisor employment status as given in the selection criteria. For this option, Supervisor Employment status is mandatory in the selection criteria.

The report displays the following information for all the report options: Employee ID, Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee Appointment ID, From, To, Employment Status, Employee Work Location, Employee Home Department, Employee Home Unit, Pay Location, Title, Sub-Title, Supervisor ID, Supervisor First Name, Supervisor Last Name, Supervisor Title, Supervisor Sub-Title, Supervisor Work Location, Subordinate Count. (Subordinate Count is the count of employees under that supervisor).
