Departmental Loan/Borrow (DPLB)
The Departmental Loan/Borrow reference page is used to define departments which can do mutual position loaning and borrowing.
When a Loaning action is processed on a Position, a check is made to determine if the departments loaning and borrowing the position is a valid combination on the DPLB reference page.
