Filling a Position

To fill a position from the Position Management (POSM) activity folder, perform these steps:

  1. Select the position that you would like to fill from the grid that appears at the top of the Position Management (POSM) activity folder main page.

  2. Select Position Employee Roster from the secondary navigation panel. Result: The page now displays detailed information about the selected position and the secondary navigation panel displays a menu that can be used to navigate the page. It also features a link to the Employee Status Maintenance tab of the Employee Profile Management (EPM) activity folder (called, Go To Employee Status Maintenance Tab of the Employee Profile Management Activity Folder).

  3. Select the Go To Employee Status Maintenance Tab of the Employee Profile Management Activity Folder link. Result: The main page of the Employee Profile Management (EPM) activity folder is displayed. The secondary navigation panel now displays a menu that can be used to navigate the various sections of the page. It also features the following links to the Employee Status Maintenance page.
