Applicant Licenses and Certifications

The Applicant Licenses and Certifications (ALCN) transaction allows you to record and view information about an applicant's licenses and certificates.

The Applicant Licenses and Certifications page is comprised of the following tabs:

This tab allows you to enter the general information of the applicant. Enter the Applicant ID and Name.

Applicant Licenses and Certifications DetailApplicant Licenses and Certifications Detail

This tab allows you to record the detailed information of an applicant's license and certification information. Enter License/Certification Type, Issue Country, Issue State, License/Certification Number and other relevant information in this section.

The user defined fields on this page can be used for any additional needs of license and certification tracking. Configure Page (DESIGNER) is required to make them visible, assign appropriate labels, and possibly relocate them on the page. Any defaults or business rules should use Configurable Formulas and Configurable Validations, respectively.
