External Recruiting Package
At the conclusion of the OnBoarding process, the Integrator creates an External Recruiting Packet (EXRP) transaction. This transaction contains one line for each transaction associated with the candidate/employee.

If all the transactions for the candidate/employee are accepted, the External Recruiting Packet transaction contains each of the generated transactions with a Phase of Final and a Status of Submitted.

If any of the transactions created during OnBoarding are not successfully submitted, the OnBoarding will continue as usual, but after the creation of the External Recruiting Packet transaction, it is routed into workflow. Advantage Recruiting/Advantage HRM users that have External Recruiting Packet transactions that contain references to transactions that did not reach a Submitted state route these transactions into workflow so an administrator can investigate the cause of the rejection. Once the administrator is notified that an application has issues, he/she opens the Recruitment Transaction Catalog. This catalog contains only External Recruiting Packet transactions. From the catalog, the administrator searches by Applicant ID, and locates the External Recruiting Packet transaction in the grid.
From the External Recruiting Packet transaction, the administrator can quickly determine the status of any transactions associated with this application. The Transaction ID field entries are hyperlinks to the transactions they name, allowing the administrator to efficiently navigate to the appropriate transactions that are experiencing issues, and to rectify them either by modifying the transaction or by calling an Advantage Recruiting recruiter or the candidate for more information. In cases where no transaction is created (e.g. a candidate with no formal certifications would not have an Applicant Licenses and Certifications transaction created), no line will exist for that transaction type on the External Recruiting Packet transaction.
