Alerts

Alerts are used to send messages in CGI Advantage. Alerts can be used to notify all users, groups of users, or specific users. Alerts are intended for internal users, and only Advantage users with the user type of ‘internal’ will receive alerts. Refer to the following topics for additional information about the Alerts functionality:
