Annual Leave Rollover Special Processing (ALRSP)

The Annual Leave Rollover Special Processing (ALRSP) page allows users to configure special processing rules used by the Annual Leave Rollover batch job. This includes defining the maximum days that can be rolled over based on months of service and a threshold at the Union Local or Leave Policy level.

  • When the Daily Work Hours field is populated, this value is used to determine the standard daily work hours. If left blank, hours are retrieved from Pay Class (PYCL).

  • When Enable Auto Rollover for Hours is populated and ‘Consider Rollover Threshold’ on the Annual Rollover Maximum Days tab is set to Yes, this value is added in the calculation for rollover.

  • The Leave Policy Rollover Threshold and Union Local Rollover Threshold fields define the threshold for rollover. If both fields are populated, Union Local Rollover Threshold takes precedence. These fields are only considered when the Sub-Title (STTL) Enable for Personal Leave Rollover is checked. Note, when this section is populated, the 'Maximum Days' tab is ignored.

  • When this grid is populated, logic uses the Minimum and Maximum Months of Service fields to determine if the employee falls into that. If yes, then the Maximum Days Threshold is the max value that is allowed to be rolled over. Note, Leave Category (LPCT) has Borrow from Category must be populated.

  • When 'Consider Rollover Threshold' is set to Yes, the Enable Auto Rollover for Hours is used for the rollover calculation.
