Service Hours Adjustment (SADJ)

The Service Hours Adjustment (SADJ) transaction is used for adjusting service credits by using appropriate service hours. All service credits are linked to service hour types, and conversion rules are defined in Service Credits Calculations (SCCALC).

The adjustments must be in HH:MM format. The adjustments can be positive or negative, resulting in an increase or decrease of service hours and service credits balance. In case of negative adjustments, there is a validation to prevent the adjustment from taking the balance below 0.

Use this tab to enter Date of Adjustment, Service Hours Type, Service Hours Adjustment and other details.

Service Hours by Grade Adjustment DetailsService Hours by Grade Adjustment Details

Use this tab to make adjustments to Employee Active Service Hours by entering Date of Adjustment, Event with Include in Service hours by Grade check box set to true, Service Hours by Grade and other details, when submitted it will update the Employee Active Service Hours table and Employee Inquiry -Employee Active Service Hours tab. Adjustments can be positive and negative.
