Timesheet Adjustment Wizard (TADJW)

The Timesheet Adjustment Wizard (TADJW) allows users to view time entry history, select records to adjust, and create a Timesheet Adjustment (TADJ). This helps limit the time spent on creating TADJs manually.
After selecting the employee and date timeframe to adjust, the wizard allows the user to select records for adjustments. The records are displayed with Source (for example. ‘PENDPAY’), the Processed Date, and Event, along with the daily time information. An option to Update (Yes or No) is displayed next to each date. If set to Yes, the Event Date, Event Type, Amount, and any existing Accounting Override information is brought forward to the generated TADJ for adjustment. Note, ‘Amount’ is only brought forward if the day selected had hours populated. Otherwise, the hours remain as blank on the generated TADJ.

Navigation within the Wizard

• Continue - This action navigates the user to the next page.

• Exit - This option exits the user from the current page. Any progress will be discarded.
