Work Schedule Change Request (WREQ)
The Work Schedule Change Request (WREQ) transaction is used to enter and capture an employee’s request to change their work schedule. The HRM administrator may create a WREQ transaction for an employee to record his/her work schedule changes.
Note: An Employee can create their Work Schedule Change Request via the Employee Calendar Landing > Additional Actions menu. Employees should refer to the “Work Schedule Change Request” topic in the Employee/Manager User Guide for more information.

Use this transaction to enter the employee details such as Employee ID and Appointment ID.
You can enter the schedule details of the employee such as Schedule Change Reason, Start Date, End Date, Schedule Type and Hours.
Also, enter the employee shift details to enter the shift details such as Shift Start Time, Shift End Time.
The Work Schedule Change Request transaction can be created in the following way:
Select the Create action on the Transaction Catalog.
Select the Create Work Schedule Change Request action from the Additional Action menu on the Employee Calendar Landing page to add new or edit an existing information for the selected employee.
Once you have made all the changes, select the Validate button to make sure all your entries are correct. Select Submit to submit the transaction. Select Save to save the details you entered. You can select the Save & Close button to save the details you entered and return to the Calendar page. If you select the Cancel button, you will exit the Work Schedule Change Request transaction without saving the changes.
