To record revenue for which you will not bill a customer, use the Accrued Receivable (ARE) document. This document provides a subset of the functionality of the Receivables (RE) document.
The purpose of the Accrued Receivable (ARE) document is record revenue that is not billable. Use this document when you do not intend to bill the customer, but rather to the record the revenue on a timely basis.
