This page allows you to view a customer's financial and credit history across all of his/her billing profiles.
A Back link is available that allows users to navigate to the previous page without going back to Page Search. The Back link on the Customer Information (CUSTS) page is disabled when the user transitions from Page Search. It is enabled if the user transitions from other pages that allow the user to transition to CUSTS. Currently, users can transition to CUSTS from Vendor Transaction History. For example, the user is on the Vendor Transaction History page and selects the Customer Information link. When this is done, the Back link on CUSTS is enabled allowing the user to return to Vendor Transaction History.
For viewing the Customer Account information the below steps can be followed:
Navigate to CUSTS from page search.
Search for the Department, Unit, and Customer code combination for whom you want to know the balances.
If no search criterion is provided then all the data on the CUSTS would be displayed.
CUSTS has two sub sections: Current Balances and Credit History.
Current Balances displays the current balances for Unliquidated amount, Liquidated Amount, Collected Amount, Outstanding Balance, Unreserved Credit Balance etc.
Credit History section displays at a glance the count of Dunning message, collection letter, write offs, intercepts etc. These would give an idea of the Credit standing of the customer.
