Understand the Invoice Generation Process

The invoice generation process automatically creates invoices for a customer when invoice processing is selected on the Billing Profile (BPRO) table and one of the following occurs:

• An original receivable is accepted by the system

• A modification, other than the application of penalties or interest charges, has been made to a receivable

• An invoice has been selected for on-demand print or reprinting.
