Accounting Journal Data Assurance (Full Check) Report

The Accounting Journal Data Assurance Report verifies the data loaded in the FACT_JRNL_ACTG table is in synch with the source financial system (JRNL_ACTG table and JRNL_CA table). This report compares the summarized Posting Amount. The report is sectioned by Journal Type: 'ACTG' for the Accounting Journal and 'CA' for the Cost Accounting Journal. This report performs a full check.

The Accounting Journal Data Assurance Report verifies the data loaded in the FACT_JRNL_ACTG table is in synch with the source financial system (JRNL_ACTG table and JRNL_CA table). This report compares the summarized Posting Amount. The report is sectioned by Journal Type: 'ACTG' for the Accounting Journal and 'CA' for the Cost Accounting Journal.  This report performs an incremental check.

Budget Journal Data Assurance Report

The Budget Journal Data Assurance Report verifies the data loaded in the FACT_BUDJ table is in synch with the source financial system JRNL_BUD table. The report shows the summarized Line Amount and Allotment Amount in one table by BFY/Budget Structure Id/Level Id.

Budget vs. Actual Data Assurance (Full Check) Report

The Budget vs Actual Data Assurance Report verifies the data loaded in the FACT_BUD_ACTUAL table is in synch with the source financial system (JRNL_BUD table, JRNL_ACTG table and JRNL_CA table). This report compares the summarized Posting Amount. The report is sectioned by Journal Type: 'ACTG' for the Accounting Journal and 'CA' for the Cost Accounting Journal.  This report performs a full check.

Budget vs. Actual Data Assurance (Incremental Check) Report

The Budget vs Actual Data Assurance Report verifies the data loaded in the FACT_BUD_ACTUAL table is in synch with the source financial system (JRNL_BUD table, JRNL_ACTG table and JRNL_CA table). This report compares the summarized Posting Amount. The report is sectioned by Journal Type: 'ACTG' for the Accounting Journal and 'CA' for the Cost Accounting Journal.  This report performs an incremental check.

Detailed Listing of Obligations Report

The report details the obligations - expenses and encumbrances - for the selected accounting period, and for the selected fiscal year.  The report is sectioned by Fund, Department, Unit and Appropriation and summarized by Object.  The report provides totals for Fund, Department and Unit.

Trial Balance Summary Report

The report lists the accounting trial balance at a summarized level. At the summarized level the report shows the fund balance by Fund, Posting Code, BSA or Object or Revenue Source.  The report provides totals for Account Type and Fund based on classification types such as Asset, Liability, Equity, Pre-Encumbrance, Encumbrance, Expenditure, Revenue and Other Accounts.
