Accounting

Accounting records the funding distribution associated with a commodity. Fields in this section include Event Type, Line Amount, Chart of Accounts fields that comprise a funding distribution, and additional reference information.

The Accounting section has the following tabs:

• General Information

  If this document page (Doc Code CWC; DC and/or WR) is associated with a procurement folder, the Procurement Folder, Procurement Type and Procurement Type ID fields will display inferred values. The View Procurement Folder action will also be activated allowing users to transition to the Procurement Management (PRCUID) page from this document to view other documents within the selected folder.  A Back link is displayed on PRCUID page allowing users to transition back to the document Header you transitioned from.
