IA Accounting

The Accounting section lists the accounting funds for each commodity line.  The accounting line on the IA document will be automatically generated based of the accounting information for the associated commodity and warehouse. 

The Accounting section has the following tabs:

  The following fields are required, and if left blank are automatically populated by Advantage: Event Type Budget FY Fiscal Year Period The following fields are conditionally required based on site specific setup on the Document Control (DCTRL) table: Line Description

• Fund Accounting

  Note: All fields are system set.
