Physical Inventory Discrepancy Report

This report shows the difference between on-hand quantities and actual quantities of the items involved in the physical inventory. The report is prompted by department code and warehouse code. This report also includes for each stock item involved, the description, and unit cost, issue unit of measure, and the dollar overage or underage adjustment. If actual quantity is left bank on inventory freeze, the report assumes that the actual quantity is zero and performs the calculations based on the value.

Forecasted Demand and Actual Item Usage History Report

This report shows stock item, forecasted demand, and actual quantity issued on a monthly basis. The first column of the data details the forecasted demand for the current year. The second column details the actual usage for the current year. Subsequent columns of data provide a rolling history of actual item wage in past two years. The report is sectioned by Department, Warehouse, and Stock Item.

Inventory Management Report

This report shows a detailed account of each stock item. For each item within the desired ABC Classification, the following elements are detailed: on hand quantity, average unit cost, extended cost, safety stock quantity, reorder level, and reorder quantity. This report assists management in making decisions regarding reorder levels and determining whether inventory items are being turned over as frequently as desired. The report is sectioned by Department, Warehouse, and ABC Classification.
