The Best and Final Offer (BAFO) document is used as the second round of an RFP. Selected respondents are provided the opportunity to alter their original response to reflect their best and final offer for the Solicitation.
The BAFO document contains the same sections and fields as the RFP document. Differences may exist based on site specific setup on the Document Control (DCTRL) table and Procurement Document Control (PRDOC) table.
