Master Agreement Requisition (RQM)

Purpose

The Master Agreement Requisition (RQM) Document Code is used if the requestor already knows that the request is going to end in a contract (Master Agreement) instead of an order for goods or services.   

Structure

The Master Agreement (RQM) Document Code contains the same sections as the Standard Requisition (RQS) Document Code.  Please refer to the "Standard Requisition (RQS)" section for screen shots and other information shared between the RQS and RQM.  Only the differences between the RQM and RQS are listed below:

• The Accounting Distribution section contains the same tabs as the Standard Requisition (RQS) Document Code, with differences on the following tabs:

• General Information

  The following fields are required, and if left blank are automatically populated by CGI Advantage:  (only differences between the RQM and the RQS are shown). Budget Fiscal Year Fiscal Year Period The following field is conditionally required based on site specific setup on the Document Control (DCTRL) table: Line Description The RQM document does not contain a Debt ID field, which is present on the RQS. Refer to field level help for more information.

• Detail Accounting

  Refer to field level help for more information.

• The Commodity section contains the same tabs as the RQS Document Code, with differences on the following tabs:

• General Information

  The Number of Attachments and Ref Quantity fields do not exist on the General Information tab of the RQM document, which are present on the RQS. The following field is required if the Line Type is Catalog: Catalog The following fields are required if the Line Type is Discount: Discount From Discount To Refer to field level help for more information.

• Reference

  The following fields do not exist on the Reference tab on the Commodity section of the RQM, which are present on the RQS: Commodity Ref Code, Commodity Ref Dept, Commodity Ref ID, Commodity Ref Commodity Line, Ref Type, UR Ref Code, UR Ref Dept, UR Ref ID, UR Ref Group Line, and UR Ref Commodity Line. • The Accounting section contains the same tabs as the Standard Requisition (RQS) Document Code, with differences on the following tabs:

• General Information

  The Reserved Funding, Debt ID and Number of Attachments fields do not exist on the RQM document, which are present on the RQS.  Refer to field level help for more information.

• Detail Accounting

  The Reserved Funding field is displayed on the RQA, but is not displayed on the RQS. Refer to field level help for more information.
