The Cash Collection Inquiry (CCOL) page is updated first by the processing of a Pool Fund Investment Earnings (PFIE) document. The details of this PFIE update are then used by the Income Allocation Chain along with the Pool History (PHIS) and Cash Sweep (SWEEP) pages to allocate the amounts from the PFIE to the participants in the pool.
When that pool does not use the Sub Fund COA, the Pool Sub Fund field contains the special value of BLNK.
When the Income Allocation Process is finished processing a CCOL record, the document grid at the bottom is updated. If the participants are all internal to the CGI Advantage application, only Journal Vouchers (JVIA) are displayed in the grid. If any participants are external and have the two external fields populated on SWEEP, then a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) document is also displayed. When the bottom grid is empty it signals the CCOL record has not yet been allocated.
For more details about how the allocations are calculated, please see the run sheet for the Income Allocation Chain.
