Transaction Summary

Transaction Summary is a generative AI–powered capability designed to automatically generate easy-to-understand summaries of Advantage transactions. This feature is embedded directly within Advantage application screens, allowing users to view transaction summaries on demand without navigating away from their current workflow.

Enable Transaction Summary:

Transaction Summary is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled through both governance-level and transaction-level controls.

• Administrators must enable the TRANSACTION_SUMMARY feature toggle on the AI Transparency and Governance Dashboard (AITRGN) page. Refer to the “AI Transparency and Governance (AITRGN) Dashboard” topic in this guide for additional details on the parameters related to this feature.

• Transaction Summary must also be enabled at the transaction level. On the Transaction Control (DCTRL) page, users must enable the Transaction Summary option under Allowable Elements for the applicable transaction.

Note: Both the TRANSACTION_SUMMARY feature (AITRGN) and Transaction Summary flag (DCTRL) must be enabled for this capability to be available to users.

The AI Prompt Configuration (AIPRTCFG) page provides a centralized interface for managing AI prompts that control how Transaction Summary generates responses to user requests. Refer to the “AI Prompt Configuration” topic for more information.

A securable action will be added that can be controlled from the SCRACS page at the user level. This enhancement will be included in a future release, and the documentation will be updated accordingly.
