Selecting Grid Views: Timesheet (TIMEI) page

The Timesheet (TIMEI) page in the HRM application provides users with the flexibility to choose between three grid views (Standard, Advanced, and Compact) to suit their viewing and sorting preferences. The Compact Grid feature can be configured at three levels to control its availability and behavior across the application: Page level, User level on Account settings, and Site level using ERP Application Parameters.

Key Features:

• Grid Selection via Menu View drop-down

The traditional toggle buttons for switching between Standard and Advanced grids have been replaced with a Menu View drop-down option. This drop-down appears on the grid menu and includes icons representing each grid type which gives user flexibility to change grid view on selection.

• Dynamic Grid Switching

Users can easily switch between Standard and Advanced grid views using the drop-down, when the Compact Grid is set as the default via ERP parameters.

• Compact Grid View

The Compact Grid reduces spacing between day columns, allowing more days to be displayed in a single view. This is especially useful for users who prefer a condensed layout for quicker review.

• ERP Configuration

The default grid view can be configured through the ERP Application Parameters (ERPCTRL). For details, refer to the "ERP Application Parameters" section in the System Administration Guide.
