Onboarding an Employee

The Employee Onboarding process in Advantage HRM provides a smooth onboarding process for new employees, managers and human resource professionals. New employees and managers need to know what information and actions are expected of them as part of the onboarding process. Human resource administrators need to be able to define activities or tasks, assign the task and set task due dates as part of the employee onboarding.  The human resource administrator also need to be able to monitor the status of the tasks and take action as needed to ensure the successful onboarding of a new employee.
