Work Schedule Change Request
The Work Schedule Change Request (WREQ) transaction is used to enter and capture an employee’s request to change their work schedule.
Note: A Human Resource Administrator may create a Work Schedule Change Request transaction for an employee to record his/her work schedule changes via Work Schedule Change Request transaction. Human Resource users should refer to the “Work Schedule Change Request” topic in the Time and Leave User Guide for more information.
Create a Work Schedule Change RequestCreate a Work Schedule Change Request
Select the Create Work Schedule Change Request action to open the Work Schedule Change Request page to initiate and submit a new request, then perform the following steps:

Select the Employee Schedule Change Reason, and enter the Start Date, End Date, Schedule Type (for example, Work Day, Off Day, or Holiday) Hours, and any associated comments, such as a description for why you are requesting the change.

If you wish the schedule information to repeat for specific days within a given period, select the check boxes for the corresponding days for which the schedule should repeat and enter a recurrence end date in the Until This Date field.

Select the Submit button to submit the change request and select Close to close the Work Schedule Change Request page.
Note: The Work Schedule Change Request should not be used to request leave or overtime. The purpose of this form is to request a change to a work schedule. For example, if you are submitting a request for an Off Day or a reduction in hours, you must have already submitted a Leave Request. Similarly, if you are requesting an increase in hours, you must have already submitted an Overtime Request.

Select Submit to submit your work schedule change request.
