The Longevity Bonus History (LONBH) page is used to enroll employees outside advantage or from the third-party vendors.

Select the appropriate Title for which the user has rendered their service |

Select the appropriate Sub-Title for which the user has rendered their service |

Job Appointment Start Date |
This is the start date entry of the job appointed. |

Job Appointment End Date |
This is the end date entry of the job appointed. |
|
Non Converted Employee |
The check box indicates whether the employee is non converted. |
|
Outside Agency |
The check box to indicate whether the employee is of outside agency. |
