Longevity Bonus

Advantage HRM is enhanced to automate the assigning of longevity bonus to qualifying employees.

The Longevity Bonus (LONB) holds the criteria needed to generate longevity bonus based on Title/Sub-Title. The page contains two tabs, a main tab called Longevity Bonus, and a tab called Title and Sub-Title.  Users can navigate between tabs through the links on the secondary navigation panel. The key to the page is the Bonus Pay Event. Unlimited groups of Title/Sub-Title can be entered on the Title and Sub-Title tab to count towards the aggregate service time for the Longevity Bonus.

A check box Eligible for Longevity Bonus is added to the STTL page. A Sub-Title with the check box set to true indicates that the time an employee worked under that Title/Sub-Title is counted towards the aggregate service time for longevity bonus.

Bonus Pay Event

Bonus entered here must be a valid Pay Event on the EVNT page. This is a required field.

Bonus Pay Event Desc

Bonus Pay Event Description is inferred from the Bonus Pay Event’s EVNT entry and is not editable.

Number of Months in Title

The number of months entered here represent the number of months an employee must have worked under the Title/Sub-Title(s) entered in order to receive this bonus.

Bonus Percent

The rate of the bonus. Either Bonus% or Bonus Amount is allowed to be entered, and one of them must be entered.

Bonus Amount

The flat dollar amount of bonus. Either Bonus% or Bonus Amount is allowed to be entered, and one of them must be entered.

LONB Personnel Action Code

This is the PACT code that a newly generated ESMT capture that gets created automatically upon running the jobs.
The Personnel Action code entered here must be a valid entry on the PACT page. This is a  required field.

LONB Personnel Action Code Desc

Personnel Action Code Description is inferred from the ESMT Personnel Action Code’s PACT entry and is not editable.

LONB Personnel Action Reason

This is the PART Code that a newly generated ESMT capture that gets created automatically upon running the jobs.
Personnel Action Reason entered here must be a valid entry on the PART page.

LONB Personnel Action Reason Desc

Personnel Action Reason Description is inferred from the ESMT Personnel Action Reason’s PART entry and is not editable.

From

The effective from date.

To

The effective end date.

Check Evaluation

A check box to indicate whether an employee’s evaluation should be checked to determine eligibility for the longevity bonus.

Evaluation Type

Evaluation Type entered here must be a valid entry on the Evaluation Type (ETYP) page. This field is required when Check Evaluation check box is set to true.
