Employee Incident Inquiry (QEIN)
The Employee Incident Inquiry page allows you to view a summary of all incidents that meet certain user-specified criteria. The selection criteria are Incident Type, Incident Status, Report Group, Selection Date, Case Officer ID, Reference Number, and Employee ID. The inquiry can also be sorted by Incident Type, Reference Number, Employee ID, Appointment ID, Incident Status, Incident Date, and Case Officer ID.

Go to Employee Incident - This action opens the Employee Relations activity folder that allows you to view all the employee related information.
