Employee Training Profile (ETRP)
The Employee Training Profile (ETRP) transaction allows you to create and record employees' training profiles during their learning and career development.
Note: Users can also enroll into a training course using the Training Course Enrollment (MYETRP) transaction. MYETRP transactions do not contain Reimbursement Information, Fund Accounting or Detail Accounting tabs. To submit a reimbursement for a course, users can submit a Training Course Reimbursement Request (MYTCRR) transaction. When the MYTCRR transaction is approved to Final in HRM, an ETRP transaction will be auto generated. This generated ETRP transaction will then need to be modified by an HRM administrator to add the reimbursement and accounting information.
The Employee Training Profile has the following tabs:

Use this tab to enter the employee information.
Employee Training Profile DetailEmployee Training Profile Detail
Use this tab to enter for the course, such as the class section, location, hours, start time, etc. You can enter the course details in the Comments field. Use this tab to enter/view reimbursement information. This tab also allows you to enter fund and detail accounting information for the course reimbursement.
The Employee Training Profile transaction can be created in the following ways:
Select the Create action on the Transaction Catalog.
Select the Cancel Course Enrollment row-level action on the Employee Training Profile tab of the Learning and Career Development (MEILCD) activity folder to cancel the employee's course enrollment.
