Job Management activity folder |
The Job Management (JOBM) activity folder makes it easy for you to administer various activities associated with listing and filling a job vacancy notice by providing all of the necessary pages together into one place. Job Management allows you to view and maintain Job Notices and Job Notice activities as well as Applicants and Applicant activities. |

Job Vacancy Notice Management activity folder |
This activity folder allows you to view related Job Vacancy Notice-related transactions within a folder. Furthermore, one can create and maintain the related transactions. |

Recommended Applicants Listing activity folder |
This activity folder allows you to record and view changes in the applicant's home and mailing address information. It is also used to track changes in the applicant's phone number and email address. |

This activity folder allows you to view related Applicant Profile, Education, and Work transactions within a folder. Furthermore, one can create and maintain the related transactions. |
