Recruitment

The Recruitment (RECR) activity folder allows you to view related applicant profile, education, and work transactions within a folder. This activity folder enables you to create and maintain the related transactions. After opening the Recruitment (RECR) activity folder, use the Search tool and grid to find and select the applicant. To change information pertaining to the selected applicant, use the secondary navigation panel to access the appropriate pages. To create a job applicant, select the Create Job Applicant option from the page level 3-dot menu.

Using the Recruitment (RECR) activity folder, you can access the following tabs:

Use this tab to enter an applicant information. Enter Applicant ID, First Name, Middle Name and Last Name, and other relevant information.
