Onboarding an Employee

Onboarding an Employee within Advantage provides an easy and simple process in which new or transferred employees can provide you with the necessary information to become full members of the organization. This includes assigning and tracking all the steps an employee takes during onboarding, and allowing you to manage these steps efficiently.

Human Resource Administrators need to be able to define activities or tasks, assign the task and set task due dates as part of the employee onboarding. The Human Resource Administrator also need to be able to monitor the status of the tasks and take action as needed to ensure the successful onboarding of a new employee.
