Retirement Contribution Adjustment
The Retirement Contribution Adjustment (RCADJ) transaction allows you to alter retirement contribution records for specified employees. This is useful if adjustments are needed to correct these records to ensure accurate reporting to the retirement system. This transaction allows you to break one retirement contribution record into multiple records, if desired.
This transaction contains the following tabs:
Retirement Contribution AdjustmentRetirement Contribution Adjustment
The Retirement Contribution Adjustment tab contains the original information of the retirement contribution record prior to any alternations, in order to provide an audit trail. This tab is used to enter the employee general information. Employee ID is required.
The Adjustments tab allows you to enter the changes to the retirement contribution information.
The following fields are required on the Adjustments tab.
Retirement System
Pension System Code
Pension Tier Code
Report Date
The Retirement Contribution Adjustment transaction can be created in one of the following ways:
Select the Create action on the Transaction Catalog.
Select the Create Retirement Contribution Adjustment row-level action on the Retirement Contribution tab of the Retirement Contribution Management Inquiry (RTCM) activity folder.
Select the Modify Retirement Contribution Adjustment row-level action on the Retirement Contribution tab of the Retirement Contribution Management Inquiry (RTCM) activity folder. You can modify/add/remove adjustment information.
