Leave Bank Enrollment (LBNRL)

The Leave Bank Enrollment (LBNRL) transaction allows you to enroll in the leave bank through which you can participate in the leave bank activities.  You can also opt-out of a leave bank for the selected employee. A member enrolled in a leave bank can donate leave and also receive donated leave.

Field InformationField Information

  • Leave Bank - this field defines the leave bank in which the employee wants to enroll. Note: When enrolling in the bank, you can only enroll an employee in a leave bank that is associated with the employee’s leave policy.

  • From - this field identifies the date of enrollment.

  • To - if left blank when enrolling, this field will default to 12/31/9999. If any other date is specified, that represents the “opt out” date of the leave bank. Note: This field is only enabled for employee’s when opting out.

  • Opt In (CTEXT check box 'TLLBNRL2') – by selecting this check box, this acknowledges enrollment in the specified Donated Leave program and states that you agree to the initial leave donation. Note: this field is only present for an employee role when enrolling.

  • Recipient Only (check box) - by selecting the check box, the member is a recipient and can only receive leave from other members in the leave bank. Note: this field is not available for employee roles.

  • Opt Out (CTEXT check box 'TLLBNRL3') - by selecting the check box, this acknowledges that you are choosing to opt-out of the specified Donated Leave program. Note: This field is only present for an employee role when opting out.

The Leave Bank Enroll transaction can be created in the following way:

  • Select the Create action on the Transaction Catalog.

  • Select the Create Leave Bank Enrollment row-level action on the Employee Leave Bank Enrollment tab of the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder.

  • Select the Enroll row-level action on the Leave Bank tab of the Timesheet Landing (TIMELP) Page.

  • Select the Modify Leave Bank Enrollment row-level action on the Employee Leave Bank Enrollment tab of the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder if you want the employee to opt out of Leave Bank. You can provide the opt out details where To Date specified is the date of expiry of the enrollment record.

  • Select Opt Out grid-level action on the Leave Bank tab of the Timesheet Landing (TIMELP) Page. You can provide the opt out details where To specified is the date of the expiry of the enrollment record.  

Note: For Leave Bank Enrollment, the donation amount specified in the Leave Bank table is credited to the Leave Bank from the employee's account.
