Leave Management (LEAVM)
The Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder makes it easy for you to administer leave-related information and activities by gathering all of the necessary pages together into one place. After opening the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder, use the Search link and grid to find and select the appropriate employee. To create a leave accrual, simply select the Create Leave Accrual link from the bottom of the page.
The Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder contains the following tabs:
EmployeeEmployee
Use the Employee tab to view the employee
information and to search for specific employees.
This
tab contains the following row-level action:
Employee Leave BalanceEmployee Leave Balance
Use the Employee Leave Balance tab to view
leave balances for employees and to create a leave accrual or a leave
donation.
This
tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create
Leave Accrual -This action creates and opens the Leave
Accrual (LEAV) transactions, which allows you to create and
record employee's leave accrual information.

Create
Leave Donation -This action creates and opens the Donated
Leave (DL) transactions, which allows you to donate leave
in the Leave Bank or directly
to an employee who is in need of leave.
Employee Leave ActivityEmployee Leave Activity
Use the Employee Leave Activity tab to view
leave types and to create a leave accrual.
This
tab contains the following row-level actions:

Leave Accrual -This action creates and opens the Leave
Accrual (LEAV) transactions, which allows you to create and
record employee's leave accrual information.

Leave Donation -This action creates and opens the Donated
Leave (DL) transactions, which allows you to donate leave
in the Leave Bank or directly
to an employee who is in need of leave.
Employee Leave Summary by YearEmployee Leave Summary by Year
Use the Employee Leave Summary by Year tab
to view summaries of leave balance within the selected year.
Employee Leave Accrual and Usage by MonthEmployee Leave Accrual and Usage by Month
Use the Employee Leave Accrual and Usage
by Month tab to view summaries of all leave activity within a category
by monthly amounts.

transactions, which allows you to enroll in the leave bank.

Leave Bank Enrollment -This action creates and opens the
Donated Leave (DL) transactions,
which allows you modify the leave bank information.
Employee FMLA Service Hours and UsageEmployee FMLA Service Hours and Usage
The Employee FMLA Service Hour and Usage
tab on the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder, which is similar
to the Employee Monthly Service Hours - Employee section on the Employee
Inquiries (EINQ) activity folder, displays the employee’s information
that determines his/her FMLA eligibility.
Additional Employee Leave (Approved)Additional Employee Leave (Approved)
Use the Additional Employee Leave tab to view approved leave information for employees such as Expected Leave Return and Reason for Absence, for example.
