The Non-Accounting Requisition (RQN) Document Code is used if the requestor does not want to pre-encumber funds, or the funding source is not yet known.
The Non-Accounting (RQN) Document Code contains the same sections, tabs and fields as the Standard Requisition (RQS) Document Code. Please refer to the "Standard Requisition (RQS)" section for screen shots and other information shared between the RQS and RQN. The only difference is that the RQN document only allows Event Types that do not pre-encumber funds (for example, PR01 - Request Non Accounting). Refer to the "Event Type" section in the General Accounting User Guide for more information on Event Types.
