'What functionality will be used and how' should be decided before data conversion begins and especially before system users begin entering transactions. It is recommended that you do not change many options or controls in the middle of the fiscal year and some should never be changed after going live. If changed, the integrity of your accounting records may be jeopardized and transaction referencing and modifications could be impaired.
