Advantage Flow

With Advantage Flow, your organization can design forms or pages without the need to code, providing increased flexibility to automate your business processes. Because Advantage Flow supports processes that have components both within and outside of CGI Advantage, your organization can configure virtually unlimited scenarios, including those related to employee engagement, like employee surveys, and those that facilitate collaboration, such as contract drafting or operational requests. Business processes can be easily configured and updated by end users in Advantage Flow, increasing organizational efficiency and empowering your employees.

Advantage Flow allows an authorized user to define a step-by-step business process, a dynamic form for collecting data and system-to-system integrations using a point and click web-based studio. Advantage Flow elements can be configured within Advantage using the Flow Initiation Setup page, where users can link the process(es) to any Advantage transaction. Once linked, the users can open the transaction and create the process instance. Users can then work on those processes.

Note: Advantage Flow is disabled by default and requires an additional license to enable it.
