Leave Bank Enroll Transaction
The Leave Bank Enroll transaction (LBNRL) allows you to enroll in, or opt out of, the leave bank through which you can participate in the leave bank activities. A member enrolled in a leave bank can donate leave and also receive donated leave.
Note: Users may opt-out or enroll an employee at appointment level in leave bank via Leave Bank Enroll transaction. Human Resource users should refer to the “Leave Bank Enroll” topic in the Time and Leave User Guide for more information. Employees can also opt-out of or enroll in a Leave Bank via the Timesheet Landing Page , dependent upon their sites permissions.
Enroll in a Leave BankEnroll in a Leave Bank
Select the Enroll button to create and open the Leave Bank Enroll transaction and enroll in a leave bank. Perform the following steps:

Select the Leave Bank for which you wish to enroll in.

Enter the enrollment date in the From field.

The Opt In check box must be selected when you enroll into the leave bank.

Select Save and Close to save your enrollment request and return to the Leave Bank carousel tile.

Select Cancel to exit the Leave Bank Enroll transaction without saving your changes.
Opt-Out of a Leave BankOpt-Out of a Leave Bank
Select the Opt Out button to open the Leave Bank Enroll transaction and opt-out of a leave bank. Perform the following steps:

Select the Leave Bank from which you wish to opt-out.

Enter the opt out date in the To field.

The Opt Out check box must be selected when you opt out of the leave bank.

Select Save and Close to save your enrollment request and return to the Leave Bank carousel tile.

Select Cancel to exit the Leave Bank Enroll transaction without saving your changes.
The Leave Bank Enroll transaction can be created in the following way, based on user access rights:

Select the Enroll action on the Time and Leave Landing > Leave Bank carousel tile to add new enrollment information. Once you have made all of your changes, select the Save & Close button to save the enrollment information and return to the Leave Bank Enrollment carousel tile. If you select the Cancel button, you will exit the Leave Bank Enroll transaction without saving your changes.

Select the Create action on the Transaction Catalog.

Select the Create Leave Bank Enrollment row-level action on the Employee Leave Bank Enrollment tab of the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder.

Select the Modify Leave Bank Enrollment row-level action on the Employee Leave Bank Enrollment tab of the Leave Management (LEAVM) activity folder, if you want the employee to opt out of Leave Bank, you can provide the opt out details where To Date specified is the date of expiry of the enrollment record.
Note: For Leave Bank Enrollment, the donation amount specified in the Leave Bank table is credited to the Leave Bank from the employee's account.
