Trigger Management
The Trigger Management (TRGM) activity folder makes it easy for you to administer triggers for retroactive and supplemental pay by gathering all of the necessary pages together into one place. After opening the Trigger Management (TRGM) activity folder, use the Employee Search tool and grid to find and select the appropriate employee. Next, use the secondary navigation panel to access the appropriate pages.
This activity folder has the following available tabs:
Use the Employee tab to display the employee information and search for specific employees.
Supplemental Pay TriggerSupplemental Pay Trigger
Use the Supplemental Pay Trigger tab to view, create, or modify supplemental payroll triggers.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create Supplemental Pay Trigger - This action creates and opens a Supplemental Pay Trigger (STRG) transaction, which specifies the employees who need to be processed in an offline supplemental Gross-to-Net run.

Modify Supplemental Pay Trigger -This action creates and opens the Supplemental Pay Trigger (STRG) transactions, which allows you to modify the transaction details.
Retroactive TriggerRetroactive Trigger
Use the Retroactive Trigger tab to view, create, or modify retroactive payroll triggers.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create Retroactive Trigger - This action creates and opens a Retroactive Trigger (RTRG) transaction, which allows you to view and modify automatically generated retroactive pay and leave triggers.

Modify Retroactive Trigger - This action creates and opens the Retroactive Trigger (RTRG) transactions, which allows you to modify the transaction details.
Use the IRS Trigger tab to view/create triggers for tax forms and ACA Reporting.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create Retroactive Trigger - This action creates and opens an IRS Trigger (W2TG) transaction, which allows you to produce tax reporting forms for specified employees for the year for which the report is being produced.

Modify IRS Trigger -This action creates and opens the IRS Trigger (W2TG) transactions, which allows you to modify the transaction details.
Retroactive Leave Accrual TriggerRetroactive Leave Accrual Trigger
Use the Retroactive Leave Accrual Trigger tab to view the trigger information for Retroactive Leave processing.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create Retroactive Leave Accrual Trigger - This action creates and opens a Retroactive Trigger (RTRG) transaction, which allows you to create a retroactive leave trigger for the employee. User will need to select a Type ID of the Leave Accrual.

Modify Retroactive Leave Accrual Trigger - This action creates and opens the Retroactive Trigger (RTRG) transactions, which allows you to modify the leave transaction details.
Retro and Supplemental Chain TriggerRetro and Supplemental Chain Trigger

Run Preliminary Payroll, Run Regular Payroll, Run Retro Pay, Run Deduction Cycle, Run Retro Leave Cycle and Run Supplemental Payroll chain jobs can be triggered.

By default, the action links are not displayed.

However, sites can choose to display these action links via the Configure Page (DESIGNER) page. Along with displaying these action links, sites can also choose the applicable business roles that can view the chain job action links.
Timesheet TriggerTimesheet Trigger

Timesheet triggers are created after modifying the Employee Status Maintenance (ESMT) transaction by changing the Home Department, Home Unit, Title or Sub-Title fields and the employee belongs to an Employment Status with the Generate Timesheet’ flag checked on EMPS.

Timesheet triggers only generate if there is no existing TIMEI for the pay period that the assignment change occurred, or if there is an existing TIMEI for that pay period in a Draft phase.

The Delete button on row-level allows you to delete the timesheet trigger.
Leave Conversion TriggerLeave Conversion Trigger
This tab is used to record the details of Leave Conversion Trigger, which has options to create trigger manually.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:

Create Leave Conversion Trigger - This action allows the user to create a Leave Conversion Trigger manually. Users need to select a Type ID, Trigger Date, Old Leave Policy and New Leave Policy.

Modify Leave Conversion Trigger - This action creates and opens the Leave Conversion Trigger transactions, which allows the user to modify the transaction details.
Select Related Transactions from the page-level menu, to view related transactions.
