Travel Wizards
The Travel Authorization Wizard (TRAUTHWZ) and Travel Expense Wizard (TRERWIZ) Wizards provides a three-step process for creating/modifying/viewing travel events. Both are very similar with any differences called out below. Each wizard shows only a subset of the fields available on the full travel transactions and are intended for non-Advantage users and others that do not require the full details.
Navigation actions along the top of the wizard allow you to navigate between the three steps.
-
Continue - Saves the current information and navigates to the next step. If errors are found, they will be listed.
-
Save - Saves the current information.
-
Save & Close - Saves the current information and returns you to the Travel and Expense Landing page.
You can discard a Travel Authorization with a Status of Draft by selecting Discard from the page level menu. This action discards the Travel Authorization and returns you to the Travel and Expense Landing page.
You can print the wizard transaction to PDF by selecting the Print action within the wizard. The PDF that is generated summarizes the actions taken on the Travel Authorization and Expense Report. The delivered form utilizes the Print Job Code TRVL_FORM_ADV_PDF. This functionality is available only on desktop platforms.
