Creating/Modifying/Terminating Automated Direct Deposits

An automated direct deposit allows you to directly deposit an eligible employee’s paycheck into a checking or savings account.  In addition, EFTs can be used to transfer deduction payments to vendors.  At the end of a pay period, Time-to-Gross and Gross-to-Net processes are run to generate each employee’s gross and net incomes while other processes generate bank notifications, EFT extracts, and register reports.

The Net Pay Distribution (NPD) page is used to create and maintain Net Pay EFTs for eligible employees.
