Business Area Overview

The Employee and Manager roles within Advantage provide users with self-service functionality to track, review and act upon information on a day-to-day to basis. These roles include Home Pages and Business Process landing pages which in turn provides snapshots and detailed information like worklists, leave balance alerts, manage employee information as detailed below. Additionally, a Clock User role provides users with a different screen display and functions that can be performed such as clocking in and out, viewing leave balance, and requesting leave.
