Beneficiary Designation |

This transaction is used to record and view an employee's benefits information. When an employee’s identification number is entered, all benefit types and plans for which the employee is eligible are displayed. |

Benefits Statement Trigger |
This transaction allows you to request a benefits statement to be produced for a particular employee. |

COBRA Attribute Maintenance |
This transaction allows you to view and record information about an employee's COBRA attributes. Attributes include: coverage period data, beneficiary ID, covered individual ID, mailing address, and information about disabilities. |

COBRA Benefits - ACA Reporting |
This transaction allows you to track the COBRA benefit types and plans in which a COBRA Qualified Beneficiary and/or Covered Individual is enrolled. |

This transaction allows you to record and view payments made by a COBRA recipient. |

COBRA Status Maintenance |
This transaction allows you to view and record information regarding the COBRA status of a qualified beneficiary or other covered individual. |

Dependent Benefits |
This transaction is used to override the default coverage rules for a dependent for a particular benefit type class and benefit type sub-class. |

Dependent Profile |
This transaction allows you to record and view information on all employee dependents. This information is used to compute and track various health and other insurance benefits. |

Employee Dependent Profile |
This transaction allows employee users to modify or update their existing dependent’s details. |
